How to I view, change or cancel a reservation?

Once any reservation has been made you will be given an Itinerary Number.  Use this itinerary number and follow the instructions sent to you after the reservation was made to either view, change or cancel a reservation.

Why are some U.S. cities not listed?

We are constantly looking to improve our websites.  Our eTouristUSA.com site currently has travel guides and reservations for the top destinations and we are trying to add more all the time.

Why does the layout of the site seem so simple?

That's the whole point!  We try to make the use and functionality of our sites as simple as possible.  We feel that when visitors are looking for certain information they don't want to search through endless pages of irrelevant information and advertisements.   We wanted to provide a straight-forward site that our customers will want to continue to use.
